Business Digitization

A website, an invoicing system with ZATCA-compliant QR codes, and a client management system — installed, your data migrated in, and your team trained to run it

From 5,000 to 18,000 SAR

Why You Need This

Your invoices live in Word, your customer list lives in your head or a paper notebook, and every order gets typed twice — once in a WhatsApp chat, once somewhere you'll have to search for later. When someone asks who still owes what, you're scrolling back through messages to find out.

Service Details

Many small and medium businesses in Saudi Arabia still run on paper, WhatsApp groups, and Excel sheets. Orders get typed twice, invoices go missing in chat history, and nobody can say — without scrolling back weeks — who has actually paid and who hasn't.

We replace that with a working system your team actually uses: a website that represents your business properly, an invoicing tool that puts a ZATCA-compliant QR code on every invoice, and a client and lead list you can search instead of remember. Everything is trained into your staff at handover, not just switched on and left with you.

What decides 5,000 SAR vs 18,000 SAR: the range reflects real differences in scope, not tiers we invented to look flexible. These are typical starting ranges — a larger or more custom rollout is quoted on its own merits.

  • Closer to 5,000 SAR: one system — usually invoicing, or a client list — for a small team, with no existing records to bring over.
  • Closer to 18,000 SAR: the full set — website, invoicing, and client management together — for a larger team, with your existing customer list and past invoices migrated in from Excel or Word.
  • Most projects land in between, depending on how many systems you need and how much of your existing data has to move with you. We scope this with you and put a fixed number in writing before work starts.

What's not included: a customer-facing online store where people pay you directly — that's E-commerce Stores. A dedicated phone app for iPhone or Android — that's Mobile Apps. And if you're still deciding what you actually need before committing to a build, that's Technical Consulting — advice and a roadmap, not systems installed and running. This service starts where that decision ends: we install the systems, bring your data in, and train your team to run them day to day.

About the ZATCA QR code: every invoice generated through the system carries a valid, spec-compliant ZATCA QR code — the same real implementation we built and run inside our own AzStore platform. That covers the QR code on your invoices. It does not cover separate ZATCA regulatory or integration work your business may be required to complete on its own; if that applies to you, we'll flag it and point you to it rather than assume it's covered.

How long it takes: a single system — invoicing on its own, for example — typically takes 3–4 weeks from kickoff. The full package, website plus invoicing plus CRM together, usually runs 6–10 weeks, most of that going into migrating your existing records and getting your team comfortable using it before we call it done.

Your existing data: nothing gets thrown away. We bring your customer list and past invoices in from Excel or Word before the new system goes live, so your history is there from day one, not lost in the switch.

Getting your team on board: training isn't a one-hour walkthrough at handover. We run hands-on sessions with the people who'll use the system every day, and you keep a written guide afterward — so switching off the old way isn't a leap of faith for your staff.

What we need from you: one point of contact who can answer questions during setup, access to your existing records — Excel sheets, Word invoices, whatever you have now — and a few hours a week from that contact during the migration weeks. For training, we need to know which staff will use the system day to day so we can schedule sessions around your working hours.
